Foundations of Ortho-Bionomy®--Focus on Low Back and Pelvis -- HASTINGS, NE

  • Croiser Park Gym 223 East 14th Street Hastings, NE, 68901 United States (map)

This Foundations of Ortho-Bionomy study group will explore the low back and pelvis through the lens of Phase 4 structural work. Together we will deepen our understanding of how to listen to these regions to encourage the body’s natural reflexive capacity for organization and ease.

The low back and pelvis often hold patterns related to stability, support, and movement, making this an especially rich area for both learning and self-inquiry. Participants will be guided through experiential explorations, hands-on practice, and opportunities for reflection to strengthen their perceptual and assessment skills. This class is appropriate for students wishing to refine their Phase 4 skills while cultivating a deeper, more embodied relationship with the work.
