All About Feet!  - Online Study Group

In this study group, we’re taking a deep dive into all things feet. Review structural Phase 4 techniques; find Phase 5 connections from the feet through the hips; explore special conditions of the feet like bunions, hammer toes, and plantar fasciitis; and learn some essential self-care techniques to create happy and resilient feet.

Pre-homework will be sent prior to the start of class along with Zoom login details.
