Arthur Lincoln Pauls developed a gentle and profoundly effective way of addressing structural imbalances in the cranium. In this class, you’ll learn to feel both your clients’ and your own cranial structures in a truly three-dimensional way. Through a series of Ortho-Bionomy cranial holds and the three dimensions of the cranium as a whole, you’ll explore how to support the cranium in finding its own self-correction—allowing natural motion, balance, and ease to reemerge.
Because cranial patterns affect the entire system, we’ll also focus on integrating these changes throughout the whole body. You’ll learn how to connect cranial work with the pelvis, heart, and extremities so that shifts are fully supported, grounded, and sustainable.
This class is designed to deepen your perceptual sensitivity, expand your structural understanding, and strengthen your ability to facilitate whole-body balance through the cranium.
