One of the wonders of the endocrine system is its ability to support clarity and alignment of the body’s structure when the structure itself might contain disorganization. This system is also adept at increasing flow in the energy centers of the spine and bringing a sense of connection to the groundedness of earth and the spaciousness of the cosmos. Through awareness, touch, and gentle movement, we will explore how the communication in the endocrine system can relate to other body systems and structures and how it may facilitate connection to universal wisdom.
We will also examine the qualities and characteristics of fifteen endocrine glands and organs, their interrelationships, and how this system can be used to deepen our understanding of the body as a whole. Techniques of integrating these glands and organs through the principles of Ortho-Bionomy® will be offered and can be utilized for self-care or work with clients.
