In this self care course, we will learn about the Homunculus, Peduncles and Commissures. As always, the most important pieces will be the experience of these Cranial and Central Nervous System Structures and how they are integral for communication and movement throughout the whole body. We will also dedicate time to practice self-care for our eyes.
