This class explores the use of isometric and isotonic approaches through the lens of Ortho-Bionomy® to support balance, efficiency, and ease in the musculoskeletal system. Through gentle, respectful engagement with muscular effort and restraint, we invite the body’s innate self-correcting reflexes to emerge.
Rather than forcing change, these explorations work with relationship and awareness, allowing habitual holding patterns to soften and underdeveloped tone to organize organically. As muscle tone and joint function find greater balance, movement can become more coordinated, adaptable, and effortless.
This class emphasizes listening, responsiveness, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to reorganize toward comfort and efficiency.
